Rize Properties LLC designs and builds homes and communities in northeastern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin. We also partner and consult with architects, planners, designers, other builders and developers throughout the US.

Park Ridge
Park Ridge is a picturesque suburb of 37,480 residents located 14 miles northwest of downtown Chicago, convenient to O'Hare Airport, major expressways, CTA and Metra trains.
